Okay my first weekly drawing! Admittedly a day late, but hopefully i'll be able to keep it up :x. This is my picture for the word 'quiet'.

Inspired by the works of `loish :).

I hope you enjoy~

P.S. I know she has a long neck xD I kinda like it :P.

P.P.S. Fony headphones are the future.

This is amazing! When I first saw this in my messages, I thought it actually was a submission from loish at first. XD

The textures are amazing, and I really like how the edges are sharp at the top and near the middle, and then begin to fade as it reaches the bottom of the picture. It's got a very nice flow to it.

The only thing I would give advice on is the way her eyelid has been drawn and shaded. Everything in the picture is very 3-dimensional, and the eyelid looks very flay compared to the rest of the image. Having the the line of the eyelid a bit more curved would perhaps give more of a successful illusion of 3-D.

I love the cool colors used in the entire image, and that along with her expression gives a wonderfully calm feeling that I just love. Also, I want some Fony headphones now. They are badass.

noice. I really like the brown/purple/blue colour scheme, it works really well. ANd I like her smile, it's cute :P

This is beautiful dear, the colours you've chosen are absolutely perfect and they go really well with the subtle patterns in the background.
Awesome skin colouring as well.
as for improvements, i think id like to see more work done on the hair, i'm not sure what or how but the line like colouring seems a little out of place...

P.s. i also like her neck, i don't think its too long <3

Haha thanks so much! I totally agree about the hair though, I tried doing it like 3 times and it never looked quite right ;(. Maybe I'll try again sometime xD!
